We currently produce & sell to order artisan delicacy, lovingly crafted Premium Malaysian XO Pork Jerky called Bakwa or Long-Yoke – of premium pork leg & shoulder selected minced meat cured & marinated deeply in Chinese rice wines, herbs & spices then expertly chargrilled on BBQ for an amazing smoky finish. The other two items on our Menu are Slow-Roasted Crispy Pork Belly with Crackling and Nuclear Char-Siew.
